In order to change this situation, in November 2019, Guangdong Huilong Electrical Appliances Co Ltd, in cooperation with the local government, donated funds to build the first 2.5-kilometre-long panchayat road in Zhengjia Terrier.

In the past, there was no road, the village handicraft products could not be sold to the outside, young people are not willing to pass on their crafts, and people from the outside have no way to understand the local customs and scenery of the village, which gradually aggravated the degree of isolation of the village. In order to pursue a better life, young people choose to go out to work, and over time, the village lacks of young and strong labour force, and the infrastructure is also becoming more and more outdated.

The completion of the disc road not only facilitated the villagers' travelling, but also brought the possibility of economic mobility to the Zhengjia Terrier.

After the opening of the 2.5 kilometre long road through the mountains, it has become a new link for the economic development of Zhengjiajie. The village has developed an eco-economy in accordance with local conditions, and built an eco-tourism base in Zhengjiajie, which shows the beautiful natural scenery of Zhengjiajie to the outside world, promotes the development of the local economy, and creates a lot of jobs, so that young people are willing to stay in their hometowns, and contribute to the construction of their hometowns.

The villagers said, "It used to take 1.5 hours on foot to walk up the mountain to get home, but now that there is a road, it takes 5 minutes! Grateful for the support!" It is the most important significance of public welfare and charity to enable more people to get the opportunity to improve their lives.
